Plants vs Zombies is a video redemption (videmption) arcade game. Gameplay is different to the popular tablet and computer game. Rather than strategy / tower defence style gameplay, this arcade game version entails players shooting zombies with their upgradeable plant turret, where each shot costs a certain amount of credits (depending on the gun upgrade / power level selected). If a player succesfully kills a zombie they receive a number of credits back, depending on the type and strength of the zombie they destroy. There are also powerful dragon and dinsoaur targets, that will give a player extra points. If a special zombie is killed a feature may be activated, which will activate a mini game where players may earn extra credits.
