Q. How do I know if my order has shipped?
A. Once payment has been received, we will prepare your product ready for shipping. Once it has been shipped, we will notify you via email.

Q. How do I track my order once it is has shipped?
A. On your shipping confirmation email, there will be an email. You can use this number to track your delivery with the courier company.

Tracking is available for all orders shipped via Fastway, Express Post, FedEx, TNT and DHL

Q. How much will shipping be?
A. Shipping rates depend on your delivery location, selected courier, as well as the weight and dimension of the products you have chosen. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed during the Checkout process before confirming your order. For larger orders, such as arcade machines, we will provide you with a shipping quote. Once finalised, the price for shipping will then be added to your invoice. We post internationally to all countries.

Q. Is insurance available with the shipping?

A. Yes. During checkout you will be able to select Postal Insurance for your order. This is an optional extra and covers you if your order goes missing or is damaged in transit. This cover extends to the full purchase price of your order, including the courier costs.

Please note that if you do not choose insurance, any loss is fully sustained by you. Generally the courier companies offers limited liability with most up to a value of $100USD or the cost of transport only

Q. Are there any other fees?

A. For orders less than $10USD there will be a $5USD packing & handling fee added to your order. The Packing and Handling Fee is to cover labour costs and is non-negotiable and is in addition to the freight charged for the Product(s).

-guaranteed next business day delivery for areas within the Express Post network

-no signature required for delivery

Fedex
-premium service
-offers online tracking and also the ability to phone Fedex directly and talk with an operator about the status of your package
-signature needed when goods delivered
-transit times from 1-4 days

TNT
-premium service
-offers online tracking and also the ability to phone TNT directly and talk with an operator about the status of your package
-signature needed when goods delivered
-transit times from 1-4 days

DHL
-premium service
-offers online tracking and also the ability to phone TNT directly and talk with an operator about the status of your package
-signature needed when goods delivered
-transit times from 1-4 days

Please note that we no longer offer EMS or airmail services.

Q. Can my order be shipped to a P.O Box?

A. No. Our couriers do not offer shipping to P.O Boxes, so please provide us with a street address. If you are an Australian customers and you are unable to do so, please choose Australia Post as your shipping method.
