A music rhythm game from Sega. Shakka to Tambourine is similar to Samda de Amigo, however instead of maraccas, the player uses a single tambourine and must shake it in time with the music.

Coloured dots are displayed on screen to show the player which direction to shake the tambourine. Players must also clap the tambourine by using the button on the side of the tambourine. The machine has motion sensors which can track the tambourine in 3D, so from time to time players will also have to move about and wave the tambourine.

The game features very crazy, bright animation, and the music selection includes a variety of J-Pop songs from traditional pop to fast-paced techno.
