A quiz game where players progress through stages of life. Starting as a baby and going through all the way to old age. Each stage is counted as a year, completing a stage advancing the player.

In each stage the player is asked a number of multiple choice questions, the player answers using one of the 4 buttons on the control panel. Each button corresponds to A,B,C or D. Caution Questions are in Japanese.
